Halloween Morning Gunmen Terrorize Seattle Near City Center.

It was Halloween morning in Seattle when several gunmen started firing near the city center, sending residents and visitors running for cover in fear. According to the reporters at MNST, people started shooting their guns promiscuously at random passersby-the scene was no longer joyous, happy, but very terrifying instead. Accounts about the actual witnesses say that people ran helter-skelter looking for refuge here and there.

The Law enforcement was not the greatest-a concern all too familiar within the community. Reports from MNST stated that with the severity of the situation, police presence was minor to account for violence unfolding so rapidly, some officers being caught in crossfire and injuring themselves. But the delay in response left many vulnerable and unprotected.
